Georgio Dano: Photojournalist
Georgio is a freelance photographer and has contributed to numerous stories for Citywide911; some of his most recent stories include a police-involved shooting in Brooklyn and a fatal shooting outside an LA Fitness in Staten Island. Georgio was born in Cebu City, Philippines, grew up in Brooklyn, and now resides in Staten Island. He studied nursing at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, College of Staten Island and is currently at Wagner College where he is completing a master’s degree.
