East Flatbush, Brooklyn- Yesterday, a hail of bullets fired at a Mercedes sedan left at least one male occupant shot, according to officials.

Police stated that the shooting occurred just before 2 PM, in front of a residence at 931 East 37th St, near the cross with Glenwood Rd.

After the incident, the wounded male was transported by private means to Kings County Hospital, according to police officials; his condition upon arrival at the hospital was not immediately clear.

At the scene, multiple bullet casings were scattered around the car and two of its doors were open.

As of this morning, the victim’s identity and the motive for the shooting remain unclear.

Police stated that no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
